TOTW Week 13 Predictions

Here are some predictions about TOTW 13. Although not the best of weeks on paper but with the likes of Benzema, Miranda, Ramsey and Hero Wallace on offer it could also have been a lot worse of fifa coins.

Goalkeeper
Marwin Hitz - GK - 75 OVR
You may have seen Hitz's penalty save this weekend after he traveled across social media at some pace for digging a hole in the penalty spot before saving the penalty. He claimed the perfect mark from kicker after making a total of 8 saves including the late pen save.

Defenders
Oscar Wendt - LB - 76 OVR
When Bayern Munich lose it is often the case that the opposing side pick up an IF. I expect that to be the case again here after Gladbach managed a 3-1 win against them. Wendt scored the opener and while he didn't pick up MOTM he should be the player to get in as Johnson can't get back to back IF's.
Miranda - CB - 84 OVR
This one is a bit of a punt but Miranda does have every right to be included after another solid display at the back as Inter picked up yet another clean sheet. This time it came in a 1-0 home win over Genoa. He picked up a 7.5 from Gazetta which for a defender is a very good mark. He also fits the bill of a big name.

Midfielders
Henrikh Mkhitaryan - RM - 81 OVR
Dortmund are starting to collect a fair few IF's from recent weeks and look set to pick up yet another in week 13 after managing a 2-1 away win against Wolfsburg. Wolfsburg actually equilsed in the 91st minute before Kagawa grabbed a winner in the 94th. Mkhitaryan assisted both Dortmund goals which is why he is selected.
Aaron Ramsey - CM - 82 OVR
Sunderland had managed back to back wins for the first time in a long time before heading to Arsenal but the gunners put them back in their place with a comfortable 3-1 home win. Ramsey claimed a goal and an assist  to help propel Arsenal to second position.
Riyad Mahrez - RM - 73 OVR
Vardy's party finally finished this week when his 11 game scoring streak came to a halt however Leicester City's has only just begun. They went top of the premier league with a 3-0 away win against "Monk's" Swansea and it was the Algerian who found the net on all three occasions. He should be the first player to pick up a TIF (excluding Ibra's MOTM/Hero) and I couldn't name a player who deserves it more.

Forwards
Agirretxe - ST - 79 OVR
After 3 1-1's in the BBVA already it looked like Sociedad were going to follow the trend when they hosted Eibar but Agirretxe had other ideas managing to score a 90th minute winner for the home side. Two goals for the big man himself and a 9/10 to go alongside it. I highly recommended picking up what is likely to be one of the best discard IF's you will find fifa 16 coins.
Karim Benzema - ST - 86 OVR
Although Benzema only received an 7/10 from Marca there was a lack of big names available to select from and thus he fits the bill with the two times he scored for Madrid in their 4-1 win against Getafe. That and he also blackmailed me to select him.
Mattia Destro - ST - 78 OVR
Once again the Serie A failed to provide me with many options with Destro being the best of a bad bunch after claiming an 8/10 for his brace in Bologna's 3-2 home win against league leaders Napoli. Shock result and player of the week, I would be very surprised not to see Destro included.

Substitutes
Dani Hernández - GK - 71 OVR
Dani Hernandez was crucial for Tenerife in their 0-0 draw with Elche making a total of seven saves as well as stopping a penalty. Marca raved about him in the match report stating that he was essential for Tenerife in a match which Elche dominated from start to finish.
Matthew Mills - CB - 70 OVR
There were a lot of defensive options this week with multiple defenders either scoring twice or getting both a goal and an assist. Matthew Mills is arguably the pick of the lot though after scoring two of the three Forest goals in a 3-0 home win.
Jairo - LM - 74 OVR
Jairo put in a brilliant performance and was one of the three players to receive the best mark in the Bundesliga this week after scoring twice and assisting another from LM. Mainz ran away as 3-1 winners to end the Hamburg winning streak.

Reserves
Artur Boruc - GK - 76 OVR
Eddie Howe labelled this win as the biggest in Bournemouth's history and I doubt we will see them beating Chelsea again anytime soon. This is arguably Chelsea's wost result in their shocking start to the season which now leaves them just 3 fifa 16 points away from relegation. After making six saves to keep Chelsea at bay I wouldn't be surprised to see the Polish stopper included.

Despite conceding in the dying embers of the game I just couldn't overlook Jorgensen who scored the first two Copenhagen goals in their 4-1 home win against Odense.
